About us
The house, which was built in the early 19th century, has been decorated to a very high standard. It includes 7 spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 16, three bathrooms (two with baths and all three with separate showers). There is an additional shower room in the studio adjacent to the swimming pool.
On the ground floor there is a country style kitchen, dining room, cloakroom and two sitting rooms. The larger sitting room is a TV room and the other is a more tranquil morning room opening onto the garden.
The garden is large with a heated swimming pool, terrace, and barn with a table tennis table and yoga studio. Beyond the garden is a field which has river frontage and fabulous views of the chateau.
There is a large, free standing, firepit with circular seating for 12 people for barbecues (and a separate gas barbecue for those that prefer). There is also a large table at the end of the garden for summer dining.
